Have you ever thought about the relationship between life and the universe? What if we told you that the conventional view of the universe, that it existed before life and gave birth to it, was completely wrong? That's what Robert Lanza and Bob Berman argue in their groundbreaking book, Biocentrism.

Lanza, a respected biologist, and Berman, the most widely read astronomer in the world, have teamed up to challenge the very foundations of knowledge with their revolutionary new view of the universe. Biocentrism proposes that life creates the universe, not the other way around, and takes readers on a mind-bending journey that will forever change the way they see reality.

As we enter the Century of Biology, Biocentrism is a timely and important contribution to our understanding of the world. This book challenges us to think differently about life, time, space, and even death. Biocentrism will leave readers with a sense of wonder and possibility, and is sure to be a conversation starter for years to come.

As a society, we tend to define “normal” health as a state of being free from illness or disease. However, renowned physician Gabor Maté argues that this definition is flawed and neglects the important role that trauma, stress, and the pressures of modern-day living play in our overall well-being. In his latest book, The Myth of Normal, Maté brings over four decades of clinical experience to the forefront, dissecting the prevailing understanding of “normal” health and offering a compassionate guide for health and healing.

Maté points out that in Western countries, chronic illness and general ill health are on the rise, despite our sophisticated healthcare systems. Rather than treating the whole person, Western medicine often fails to recognize how our culture stresses the body, burdens the immune system, and undermines emotional balance. With co-authorship from his son Daniel, The Myth of Normal connects the dots between individual maladies and the declining soundness of society as a whole, offering a fresh perspective on what makes us sick and how we can strive for true health. Maté's urgent and ambitious book is sure to challenge readers to rethink their understanding of health and inspire them to prioritize their overall well-being.
